Due to lack of good communication and economic backwardness the people of this locality had to face very difficulties in attaining higher education prior to the establishment of this institution. Now as a result of hard labour, heartiest co-corporation and contribution of the local people and the college family the institution has to able to provide higher education among the learner properly.
The college is already permanently affiliated to the Dibrugarh University and registered under 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act 1956. We are proud of all the alumni who had performed excellent result in the previous examinations and acquired respected social status now. Hope that the college attain greater heights and dimensions and perform a great service to the community.
